This programme featured two parts: an interview with Steve and Cheryl O'Connor from Pink Champagne and tribute to the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Part One
"The singer/guitarist duo of Cheryl and Steve [O'Connor] originally teamed up in 1977 in the Sahara Desert. The past 30 years has seen the duo perform in different groups around the world before moving to New Plymouth in '94 and forming a group called Two's Blues which later became Pink Champagne. 'Strike Me Pink' is the duo's first album and is composed of a mixture of original songs and covers, all influenced by the music of blues and jazz greats of the past including Bessie Smith, Frank Sinatra, T-Bone Walker, BB King and Keb Mo. PinkChampagne definitely holds a candle to their influences. This is avery real album with minimal overdubs or studio effects.
